- 10,665 rows from m2.zip → agent_memory (0 failures)
- agents/m2/README.md: fleet orchestrator context + status
- progress.json: m2 → complete; all 4 agents now complete
- Updated pending next_steps (Hermes, GMI agent, Vaultwarden, spark4 Redis)
