Email Draft — KIEDIS Post-MVP Roadmap

Hi Jens, Kristine,

Following the successful Taskforce migration and Sprint 1 delivery, I want to share the planned Post-MVP feature roadmap for KIEDIS. These are the strategic capabilities we're building toward after the core platform goes live.

We've organised 11 epics into four themes:


🚀 Quick Releases (high value, low complexity — ship first)

  • PDF Export — Shareable freelancer profile links with print-to-PDF. Christine has been requesting this since Nov 2025.
  • Bug Tracking & SLA Process — Single intake channel, defined response SLAs (P0: 4h/24h fix), weekly digest to stakeholders.

🏗 Platform & Operations (March April)

  • Full Admin Interface & Customer Control Panel — Operator controls + self-service client dashboard replacing all ad-hoc workarounds. User management, migration monitoring, platform config, exportable client reports.
  • Reporting & Analytics Dashboard — Structured funnel reports (search → shortlist → invite → hire) for operators and clients. Exportable CSV/PDF.
  • Freelancer Onboarding Revamp — Completion rate improvements (target: 70%+), deep-linking for CRM re-engagement, mobile-first redesign of the onboarding wizard.

💬 ClientFreelancer Experience (April May)

  • Messaging System — Native in-platform threads triggered at interview invite, replacing off-platform email/Slack coordination. Linked to Job Description. PCL read-only access included.
  • Contracting Flow — End-to-end: offer creation → negotiation rounds → auto-generated PDF contract → e-signature → project kickoff shell.
  • Dual-Role Account — Single account switchable between Client and Freelancer mode (Airbnb-style). Separate profile contexts, no self-matching.

🤖 AI & Growth (May July)

  • AI Pricing Intelligence — Rate benchmarking for freelancers, budget guidance for clients, fee transparency at offer stage.
  • Fraud Detection & AI Vetting — Rule-based phase 1 (duplicates, date anomalies), LLM cross-check phase 2. Internal trust score. Zero fraudulent profiles reaching client shortlist unreviewed.
  • LinkedIn Acquisition & Talent Seeker Agent — Automated LinkedIn outbound sourcing pipeline, agentic candidate discovery from JD input, AI Job Post Assistant v2 with LinkedIn cross-posting.

The roadmap is structured in three phases across Q1Q3 2026, prioritising revenue-enabling features early and AI capabilities as the platform matures.
